Owner Modification Requests

At the recent 2011 AGM there were requests on the agenda for owners to make modifications to their apartments. It was clear from the meeting that we needed to put a clearly defined process in place to ensure that any such work is fully assessed and approved by the committee and meets all the requirements of both the community and Spanish Law.

The attached document "La Recoleta Modification Application" needs to be completed in full with all the supporting information where applicable such as photos, drawings, plans and engineers report.
