Contract Companies

This page gives the owners some information about each of the main contract companies we use on the complex. The key contact for any issue is the administrator and they can be contacted by using either the email or telephone numbers provided on this website or by using the new "Ask The Administrator" website page.

In addition to this, some of the resident members of the committee have been allocated a certain area of responsibility whereby if you are not getting any joy from the administrator with your problem, you can contact the committee member who will take up the issue on your behalf with the contract company and the administrator.

Cleaning Company

The cleaning services provided on the complex are by a company called SDM Services who started on the 1st January 2012. You will see the cleaners around the complex and the owners of the company can be seen in the picture.
